Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Dating V-Casst app or website (the "Services") you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be listed on any government sanctions list.
• Your account has not previously been suspended or removed by us.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at vcast.contact@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information in your profile.
• Impersonate anyone else.
• Use the service for commercial solicitation, escort work, sex trafficking, or illegal activity.
• Harass, insult, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Upload images of anyone other than yourself, or images that are sexually explicit, violent, or contain minors.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass our security or matching algorithm.

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

When your group of 6 is formed and you accept the invitation, you commit to attending. If you cannot attend, cancel from within the app at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations closer than 48 hours forfeit the event fee to compensate the venue and the other 5 attendees.

By attending an event you consent to being recorded by our production team for the sole purpose of allowing the six attendees at your table to relive their conversations inside the app. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of the footage — we will act on the request within 30 days. Group members will lose access to your face and voice in their app copy.

Event fees are charged only after your group of 6 is formed and all members RSVP. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are provided when an event is cancelled by us; personal cancellations are handled under section 5.

Any subscriptions or one-off purchases in the app are billed through Apple or Google's app-store payment systems and are subject to their refund policies. We are not able to refund purchases made through the app stores directly.

The Dating V-Casst brand, logo, matching algorithm, source code and all content produced by us are our exclusive property. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host your profile content and event footage strictly to run the Services.

The Services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility, matches, or long-term relationships. We are not responsible for the behaviour of other members.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of JAMS, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
